Winners grant Money Diverse permission to display their name only, excluding any other personal information, on any page of the Break The Code site. Winners also grant Money Diverse permission to supply sponsors only with their email address supplied. Refusing to do the above, could result in forfeiting the prize back to Money Diverse.

You participate in our competitions and events at your own risk. Money Diverse, Sponsors, and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies will not be liable for any injuries that result as a direct / indirect result of participating in competitions or events that are promoted by Money Diverse.

No member of Money Diverse and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies, and members of their immediate family; and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies, and members of their immediate family, may enter any of the competitions hosted partly or in whole by Money Diverse.

Prizes are not transferable and/or negotiable.

Prizes will be paid directly into the winners Break The Code account and will be available for withdrawal immediately. No third party payments will be made.

No person may on behalf of a third party, enter any competition hosted partly or in whole by Money Diverse. All entries must be made personally by the entrant.

Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor and the prize money forwarded to the next game.

By participating in any competition hosted partly or in whole by Money Diverse, participants further agree to be bound by our General Terms and Conditions.
